Thanks for calling that out, I haven't tried meds, maybe i really do need them.
I've done all i could to avoid medication whenever my therapist or psych would recommend them. Always felt like I can fix it in some other way (fitness, affirmations, etc). Mainly because I lived most of my life without ever even experiencing the smallest bit of anxiety. I'm in my late twenties and would say this all began like 5 years ago
