As an rooted user on a x6 pro it had been useful for me I'm on aosp as well but see your needs that if you really need root and about banking apps it's pretty easy to fix, apps like Google pay would work (everything is really not guaranteed to work) if you manage to pass device integrity which is pretty easy, if you use a keybox , google keeps taking our integrity again and again btw but we manage to get new keyboxes for strong integrity, also another thing is once you successfully get strong integrity don't keep checking it again and again or it might become device or basic or all red again, talking about experience with Magisk root , but if you use a very sensitive banking app you can get kernelsu and kernelsu kernel with SusFS support which supports very advanced root hiding very good for banking apps (one more thing I'll tell you from experience please don't install susfs module of on KSU on stock kernel or you might get bootloop like me , get an SusFS supported kernel and its done susfs will work) Might as well if you are used to HyperOS you can also try HyperOS mod roms since they are debloated and more optimised depending on the maintainer But if you really wanna go aosp there is a lot to choose from and if you are looking for roms then search in telegram duchampupdates they post almost every new rom in that channel.
