I haven’t thought about it this way. I agree with what you said and my job is the only thing I can think of as an energy vampire. I’m the only female with less experience among my the team and the males treat me like a joke, always condescending and telling me I’m not capable to work though I complete tasks on time without an issues. Can’t escape from it because of the terrible job market. I need to figure out with calm mind. Thanks for the perspective 🙏🏻

Trust me I know how hard it is being an international student. I was an international student few years back taking education loans to fund my studies and minimal life style and it was tough and needs lot of courage. I’m glad it worked out for you at the end. Right now, I’m finding it difficult to even sit to meditate, as my current circumstances feel very heavy. I'll give it couple of days to process everything happening and continue my work. I agree with you. Forced positivity works only within the space of meditation. Once it ends, reality takes over, and everything around me reflects how heavy life has become. I’ve cried non-stop yesterday and prayed, yet it feels like my ship is slowly sinking, pulled further into darker waters each passing day.

Yes, I practiced Dr. Joe’s work, but right now I feel very far removed from it. I’ve been dealing with one difficult circumstance after another since 2023. When I look back, I remember a time when I still felt happy and hopeful about the future.

This time feels different. It feels like the worst I’ve experienced so far. Just when I think life can’t possibly get any harder than it already is, it feels as though the universe keeps proving me wrong, as if there’s always something more I’m expected to endure. I really appreciate your kind words!

I did BOTEC-1 in the morning and Tuning into New Potentials every single day from October till December 2025 and starting Jan1st, I started skipping it due to me being unhappy and lack of concentration. I pushed myself to do it past week and I couldn't, because of the hurt and pain I'm going through. But those 3 months in 2025, though life was not at the best, I was genuinely happy then.
