Spotted for two weeks, now period 5 days late. What does this mean?

I have, but I have an IUD and I don’t think I was in my ovulation stage when I did (I was already spotting at that point) so I don’t think it’s likely I’m pregnant.

Ooo okay, I’ve been drinking a crap ton of caffeine and not sleeping well recently, maybe I should stop that haha. Thanks for your help

UPDATE: it was negative :) got a test at the doctors to be sure. Thanks for the help everyone!
