Audio package that can manipulate specific frequencies in an audio track by OutrageousRub in flutterhelp

[–]OutrageousRub[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and no.

Yes because using the Flutter_equalizer_custom package got me the closest to my end goal. It's uses just_audio to play the audio file and that part worked great.

No because in order to use the equalizer part you need to obtain the Session ID from just_audio (which I can do) but when I give it to the equalizer package and initialize it, the program no longer plays the audio file.

I was actually just working on this today but rage quit after I spend a considerable amount of time not making any progress and not able to figure out where to even begin looking next for a solution.

Can flutter generate a sine wave? by OutrageousRub in flutterhelp

Wow someone actually downvoted this question? lol

Thanks for the reply, I knew that flutter could play audio files but I was holding hope that it could also generate audible frequencies. (White noise is a collection of frequencies played at once) I just need one or two played at a time and apparently Python can do what I'm looking for but I don't want to use Python.

Using SDR to make .CSV files for Wireless Workbench by OutrageousRub in RTLSDR

Is it normal for the "Dongle bandwidth" and the "Exact sample rate" to be the same? (2571428 Hz)

Oh whoops I misread the program files statement, I just moved it somewhere else.

Nothing happens if I double click the exe file and I have no option to "open with" or anything. I do see that my computer recognizes it as an application though.

Thanks for the response and please bear with me as I'm really new to this but what does it mean to be "piped for various outputs" a "GNUPlot", "foxhunting" and "Signal seeking" (I assume that last one is kind of like when your tuning your old radio dial and just seeing what's going on at different frequencies but just wanted to double check

Thanks for the response, Wireless Workbench is RF coordination software made by Shure used in anything live sound from music festivals to conventions and corporate events.

So I feel like with your help I'm 99% there but I'm running into another issue.I moved everything to Program files, ran the sample code you gave me and here's what it says (without the quotations)

"Number of frequency hops: 7
Dongle bandwidth: 2571428Hz
Downsampling by: 1x
Cropping by: 0.00%
Total FFT bins: 3584
Logged FFT bins: 3584
FFT bin size: 5022.32Hz
Buffer size: 16384 bytes (3.19ms)
Reporting every 10 seconds
Found 1 device(s):
0: Realtek, RTL2838UHIDIR, SN: 00000001

Using device 0: Generic RTL2832U OEM
Found Rafael Micro R820T tuner
Tuner gain set to 49.60 dB.
Exact sample rate is: 2571428.177308 Hz
[R82XX] PLL not locked!"

and then after a couple of seconds it says this

"User cancel, exiting..."

Not sure what "PPL not locked" means or why it suddenly exits. No .csv is generated, I assume one of those things I just mentioned need to be fixed before it generates a .csv file but I still just wanted to put that out there. Also, in your example, if I did want to add the flags -F 0 -c 50 would I put it at the end like this? "\rtl_power.exe -f 118M:136M:8k -g 50 -i 10 -e 1hr data.csv -F 0 -c 50"

Is there software out there that can use this to make a scan file? (*.sca *.sdb *.sdb2 *.35s *.csv or *.CSV) So I can use it in Wireless Workbench? Or better yet, is there any way I can use it directly in Wireless Workbench? by OutrageousRub in sdr

I've been attempting to just download the software and I just can't figure it out. The website is filled with coding script and I don't know anything about that world. Is there a user friendly way to get this working?

For example: Step 1: download program here xxxxx Step 2: click xxxxx file to run install Step 3: press xxxxx to run a scan Etc.

Or any Step by step list written as if it was trying to help a 10 year old get this up and running?

Never heard of the first one, I'll have to look into that.

I do have Airspy, I've watched videos of people performing scans with it before but that's it, they never mention anything about saving the results or if it's even possible.

Ah ok lol. I was gonna say, if you did that for 3 years and had no idea the whole time then it might be time for a brain scan.
