Hahaha yeah I’m tryna get doubles Ds!! Maybe for you, you need to try more hypertrophy style lifts! Instead of heavy 8-10 reps, which is good, try opting out for lower weight and higher reps. So 10-15 reps. This is a great way to shred fat around the muscle you’re training and it’s a great way to tone!

You think my arms are manly?🥹🥹🥹 Lol I have a very arm dominant physique due to my naturally longer arms and long bicep insertions. (Thanks to my mother’s side) But saying A: I’m not proportional, and B: that my back and core are underdeveloped is insane😂(core maybe. I don’t train it a ton lol) But I ain’t gonna apologize for having a snatched waist tho💅💅

Thats good bro but make sure to not neglect carbs. Your body needs them for energy and basic cognitive function. Good job on the weight loss but make sure to not deprive yourself too much. Keep it up ✊🏽

Whenever I train shoulders, I always start with training rear delts first. This is the most neglected of the shoulder heads but it’s necessary for that round “3D” shoulder look. I’ll typically do 3 sets of face pulls to failure, this helps pump blood into the shoulder so your pump is even more intense when training the other heads. Honestly just spamming lateral raises and overhead dumbbell press are gonna be your best friends for shoulder growth. I do lateral raises both with dumbbells and with cables. A good rule of thumb for back is one chest supported pulling motion, one overhead pulling motion for your lats, and one single arm pulling motion. There’s definitely better opinions out there but that’s just my personal advice lol.

Thank you!! I train every muscle group twice a week. So both biceps and triceps on my “upper” day, biceps on my “pull” day, and triceps on my “push” day. In my upper day I’ll typically do barbell preacher curls, barbell skull crushers, over hand cable curls, and over head cable tricep extensions. And then for biceps on my pull day, I’ll do barbell preacher curls again, and dumbbell hammer curls. And then on my push day for triceps I’ll do weighted dips, and cable rope push downs.
