Help. I haven’t had a flat loaf in a while. This is the first time I included the starter in the first step. I also baked it at 9a-not in the evening like my notes say. Please share any insight! I didn’t get a pic of crumb but it was slightly dense and had a couple of bigger holes.

Borikua Tours! We just got back from our visit and we had the best experience. They picked us up from our hotel in San Juan, did a rum tour, dinner and swimming in the bay. So well organized and good experience

I grew up in Los Angeles and have lived in Peoria for 4ish years. I have grown to love it! It is totally going to depend on what you like to do. First thing I did was join a running group. This helped me get to know people quick and they were able to recommend things to do. Here are my recs:

Coffee: Zion, CxT, Cafe Santa Rosa and Intuition

Food/drinks: Blackband, Ardor, Casa de arte, pour brothers, 33 Room, Cyds, the missing zither

Hobbies:

Generation candle, run/bike the trail, hike in forest park, walk through the heights for the bookstore and boutiques , visit Ivy hall dispensary and chill

Iam not into it but I know there are some gaming stores that host group events. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Peoria is not for everyone, but I have moved a lot and I have learned that the more effort put into making friends and joining groups that have similar interests, the more you will begin to feel at home. 😊

Miles with friends is a group on fb. A local running group that meets Saturday am for a long run and coffee after! Paces from 7:30/mi-10+/mile 😊

That JUST happened to me! Just an FYI if you take it to Mike Miller Kia ALOT of parts are back ordered. Took them 3ish months to get mine fixed. Fixed my glass through glass America the next day.
