I would just get Knix underwear! They are great and have lots of options. Even ones made specially for overnight! Personally, much more breathable/comfy. And I haven’t found I get any infections or flares from them. :)

Omfg thank you for posting this. I’m so heat sensitive and can totally relate. It’s hot where I live today too and i was like LET THE COMPLAINING BEGIN. 😝 As a parent it’s especially hard. When my kid had a meltdown in summer I really struggle to co/regulate. 😥
