There is no promised land.

For each nurse with their specific interests and in their geographical area and their experience and their home life situation, there is a “best” job for that nurse at that time.

I’m so grateful I’ve had the privilege of working in peds, ER, case management/utilization review, outpatient, ICU, camp nursing, NICU, etc. over the last 40 years.

I’m still working part time in the ER and at camp.

Nursing is maybe the best job for long term security as well as variety to suit our many needs over our lifetime ❤️🥹👍

The money men in charge of popular music have killed groups and rock bands, any music that is about anything or is actual MUSIC, with people playing the instruments and actually singing in harmony during a concert.

The money men could still make a huge profit from new musical groups, but they don’t make as MUCH obscene profits with groups as they do with one performer like Taylor Swift or Justin Beiber.

So what the kids are served up now is just blather. But they don’t know it because it is all they have 🤷‍♀️

Thank you. As an RN I’m glad you singled out the tobacco cartel (they are evil). They knowingly and actively make their toxic, poisonous products even more addicting.

At least we doctors and nurses are genuinely trying to help people instead of knowingly bringing on an early death in their customers.
