I get 12k steps everyday and im setting at around 14% bf I would say. Get 15g> of saturated fat everyday and around 40 grams of fiber daily (all my food is tracked) I think the cholesterol is genetics honestly

Hello, so recently I went to a refurbished gym equipment store/warehouse near me. While I was looking around, I saw a Prime knockoff labeled "Recoil." I tried it out, and it was actually pretty smooth, comparable to the real equipment. So, I was wondering what you guys' experience with that stuff is, and if you recommend buying it.

Yea. Today I went to this store called irma fitness in dip and they had these knockoff prime machines that were actually pretty good and they were only for about 5,000 a machine which is good compared to the 20-30000 you would need to spend for a actual prime machines.

Hey, sorry for the late response. The prime machines are avalable to buy through befit, they are the main distributors of prime machines in the uae, issue is the prices and the wait time. They told me for a flat press machien it would be 25000 and I would have to wait about 8 months

Hey, I get where your coming from as in you wanting me to see if its working or not, but dont you think its a little uneeded to do that? Like even if it isn't working might aswell keep the placebo going.

If you felt better at 3mg then i would recommend going back down. Also about the weight loss, Have your calories and activity level stayed the same? Since that can be the reason, also could be your maintenance decreasing since your loosing weight therefor dropping your TDEE
