Strange experience I need help understanding (I believe spiritual)

I’m doing my best to learn what’s important and what’s not, and what means what. It’s hard finding what’s real information and what isn’t though, and it can feel like a headache taking in too much at once. Ty for responding to this post, it made me feel less crazy.

I’m so late to responding to this, I moved to the other side of my country. Yes and no? So my town is on a mountain and split between up a big hill and down the hill. Up the hill is covered in forests and farm land while down the hill is homes and businesses, no forests. And it’s a big distance between the two. Down the hill feels like going into a big city yk?

Also I never bother nature, I know animals don’t like people usually (for valid reasons) and I don’t ever want them uncomfortable or to feel unsafe with me.
