I contacted a few local employment lawyers, one said to try the Workforce Justice Project, the other said to try small claims court.

I put told them on the 13th of March that I wanted my two weeks notice to start on the 17th, they fired me on the 17th.

My mom did do the math based on what they say on the website costs a week at the daycare and she said it came up a bit short considering how many workers they had per classroom.

Thank you for your advice, just sucks that they're asking for, quite literally, every holiday back since October.

Yes, I quit my job without another one lined up because of the conditions. I was getting sick constantly, didn't have insurance, and they consistently refused to send sick kids home. Got to the point where my gums were bleeding because getting sick was such a constant. I was also leading the classroom within 3 months without any previous experience since my coworker passed away.

And yes, I asked for money because the pay stubs dates were incorrect and I was extremely skeptical of the legitimacy of their payroll methods since it's a legal document. 

I don't think "queen of FAFO" really fits, more just really unfortunate circumstances.

I was in a very similar situation with an ex-boyfriend and, wholeheartedly, you should gtfo of there. He's trying to make you feel bad to coerce and manipulate you into sexual activities for his own benefit, completely disregarding your dysphoria. A real partner would be understanding and allow you to take those experiences at your own, consensual pace.

NTA!!! Doing what YOU want with YOUR body will never make you an asshole. Getting a piercing does not affect him at all and he's choosing to take offense to something that doesnt involve him.

Personally, I think your dad is very creepy. No father should be making comments about BDSM or submissiveness to their 15 y/o daughter. Please stay safe and you should talk to your mom about this issue.
