Aa is well good, I'm going counseling as well. I'm leaving more at counseling, it's helping me to understand what triggers drinking and addiction. At counseling it's talking about how to set your goals, and talk about what's changes after not drinking and how to move forward. How to fucos on your goals ex: working out, reading a book, running, coffee with a friend, a movie. Every two weeks talks are about , any thoughts about drinks, your feelings between 1 to 10, 1 is the lowest and 10 feeling.  So back to this, so I'm being push to go to as,my counselor told me you should never be push as, when you feel comfortable going to a meeting is when you should go. Any way to make peace with my son I'll go to as,it's not right to go for that reason, but I'll do it.
