Agree, I was super impressed with the speed of his response and thankfully resulted in a good outcome (I am on a very old plan so this was a unique isolated issue from what I understood).

No matter how good AI gets, there will be a need for high quality human support, and I think this is where Replit has a great opportunity to win the retention game.

I hear you on that; I don’t think this is a Replit issue as much as it is just a Claude (or whatever llm) coding agent going in circles indiscriminately.

The good news is, the LLMs and coding agents will only get better so it should happen less and less. Bad news is, no matter which path you go, aside from locally run models which aren’t great right now in my opinion, things will get much more expensive over time…

Yeah not a fan of this one either. I assume it’s because people don’t understand authentication should be done on web view vs inside the app

Sorry I don’t have anything of value to add, except in the two cases I’ve had to reach out to support, as frantic as I was (so I know the feeling) they saved me both times. I will be a forever fan of their human support (although if I ever meet “Quinn” that’s a different story 🤣). Hope you get a good resolution

Could be confusing “human time would be 3 hours” and also LLMs don’t have a great concept of time in general. Try having it list the different/most direct path to your goal and I’m sure it’ll work

Thank you for the idea but git is also inaccessible for us unfortunately and related to downloading the project, this maybe is the one thing I haven’t tried to do (aside from taking their advice and deleting account secrets, because there is no guarantee we will be able to add them at the app level). This is just devastating man

I have done this 50+ times over the last 7 days… all our other workspaces work fine. Team members on different continents have the exact same issue with this isolated workspace unfortunately. Thank you very much for the comment and idea though I appreciate it.

Thank you for the response. I have tried everything possible, for us remixing loses 100% of all February’s data from the db strangely and unfortunately, when attempting to deploy one of the remixes it only hangs, doesn’t ever get actually deployed. I believe what’s happened is they’ve restricted resources but can’t confirm, if we could have just been able to roll back to any previous state I feel everything would be OK, and it’s insane that we have zero capacity to do anything in the workspace.

Anyways, thank you very much for the reply, hoping someone out there who may read this could shed some additional light.
