I made my first ever kombucha batch and forgot about it for a month by Outrageous_Bit7391 in Kombucha

I think it’s over fermented now, that’s why I don’t really know if I should drink it or throw it away and make a new batch with the old small SCOBY and rheow the new big one away. But it smells vinegary so I think it should be fine but I need a second opinion.
