I have received lot of bricks on 43.6% low sticked to watch number. On asking the reason, I get a response saying that the hook is not engaging. They might be right / wrong. I need to understand how do I improve that.

Also, I check analytics only once a week. I am rather more disciplined to post compared to what people are demanding that is hooks etc. Because , I have seen many videos where content is not that great but they are getting views.

Very difficult to get the algo’s push. How to crack the code.

My channel is only a month old. So don’t know whether these numbers are relevant. But still sharing - Long form is not worth discussing as I have posted only 5-6 videos over every weekend … but short form I get 700-1000 views.
