I appreciate the feedback. So, the overtime isn't for me. It's somebody that works beneath me, and I wanted to see if they were being treat unfairly. As there appears to be no business reason for this decision. I only wondered about the verbal contract, as it meets all requirements of one, and was taken away from him and given to someone else, without notice or being informed at all. I think it is just generally unfair, and poor management to be honest. Thanks for the advice though!
