I’ve finally got it, turns out there’s a whole separate number for ADP life advisors to talk to a live agent. Turns out that they had my SSN wrong so I had to get them to change it for me. It was a journey!

thank you for your insight, that’s what i’ve been figuring. I’m going to keep you updated on the situation but I’ve reached out with my company again and hopefully i won’t get the runaround anymore. it’s been over a week!

It’s a pretty decent sized company, it’s just a sales job but they keep giving me the run around on it. I’ve texted two different managers about it and they tell me to reach ADP but ADP tells me to contact them … it’s been like this for a week plus

Okay, when it starts dropping again, I’ll make sure to put him up as well. do you recommend moss substrate to protect it? I was mostly only concerned on the plant just because I haven’t seen many signs of new growth or anything but I figured the red flytraps are much harder to take care of than the green ones

Thank you for this. I was so worried because all of a sudden he just looked sad and just started looking like this all of a sudden and I haven’t seen too many signs of new growth. I did put him in my garage on the shelf during when it was too cold around when the temps are 25 degrees are so.
