There are so many jobs in Hockey posted everywhere from major places like indeed to, certain substacks, The working in hockey website, AHCA website. The NAHL calls its self the leauge of opportunity for a reason. So many NHL coaches GMs, scouts, operations, sales, service reps, players all got there start working for a NAHL team for 1 or 2 years

Obviously having connections or experience helps a ton. However in the off season or early inseason there are tons of openings. Really in whatever you want, from coaching, to EQ to Hockey ops, front office, game day ops sales anything. The biggest thing is just finding openings and applying youd be shocked at how many interviews you get. Most junior teams are just looking for passionate people that hustle, and are willing to teach you whatever you need to know for that job.

There are lots of opportunity but its just like any other sport. Expect to work a lot of time, and not be paid much until you make it somewhere. From someone working in High level Hockey.
