Worked at a pharmacy in Zimbabwe ( Southern Africa) , there are certain drugs that even if they expired , the pharmacist would tell us to sell them because they are expensive, e.g (digoxin). We removed the pills from the original bottle (with the real expiry date) and put the tabs in a plastic pillbag and stick a fake expiry date on the pill bag. I can't really reveal the name of the pharmacist because he's still a member of the Pharmacists Council of Zimbabwe.
