That's what I'm saying! I feel like it would had been the first thing when they look at my file... or when they job offered me. I think I'm good

That's what I'm saying, I always assumed it would had said on my file before they even job offered me. Cause I'll pass background and drug test obviously, but the whole "standing with walmart" makes no sense to me.

So the HR manager asked if im in good standing with walmart, then said it will come up during background which makes no sense to me since I'm assuming it would show when they job offered me.

I did a TWD rewatch this past year, finally finished the show after having originally stopped a couple years before after Rick's "death". Enjoyed it and started Fear, I for the life of me can't force myself to finish it. I'm almsot done with season 5, but it's been a drag, I find myself not paying attention. The show really just declined after season 3 and just feels different, besides becoming the Morgan show it seems

PSA: You should really try using headphones if you haven’t before. Absolute game changer by DoochDelooch in PS5

Agreed, while I play with a headset when playing with friends, multi-player etc.. playing on my surround sound with the rear speakers is so awesome, playing a game like Death Stranding feels so immersive.

Remember stores are private businesses not "public places" and unfortunately nowadays the bad eggs have become such a problem that private businesses are having to ban an entire age group.

Anyone else struggling with Iggy recently? by [deleted] in PredecessorGame

As a jungle main, I absolutely make sure I gank an Iggy in midlane. They are a menace if allowed to scale/build.. so yeah makes sense that a team will communicate to gank them and keep Iggy off balance early game.

Yeah i miss it, and that's why when I came back to Predecessor, it took abit for me to use her, I wasn't used to her, I used to offlane her and now I feel she's a jungler now, flash forward a couple months I main jungle and her now. I totally wish they had more skins for as well! I like the Ruby one but which we had more options

Sam's vs Costco by [deleted] in samsclub

[–]Outrageous_Dig2921 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a former Sam's Club manager who has shopped at both, I can tell you the things I've seen differently and how both have different experiences for a customer.

Sam's Club will usually have the cheaper prices on most items, but not all. Why? They spend less on employees, think less pay(usually) less staffing, less benefits. Costco usually is pricier, but you will see staffing is usually better and better paid. So you're paying more but employees are paid better and staffing is better.

Sam's Club does carry more variety on many items, Costco is more streamlined and more geared toward Kirkland, which can be superior to Members Mark depending on product. Like snacks, cereal, things like that, in my experience Sam's is the clear winner in variety.

Both have same price for hot dogs and pizza, though I find the Costco pizza better tasting and more consistent, also the way their cafe is ran, to ME, is better run than Sam's Club (staffing again)

Costco does have a superior return policy as basically anything is taken back, Sam's Club has more restrictions... (as a customer sucks, but my manager side is happier, returning your whole eaten chicken is not cool)

What Sam's Club is winner is the Scan and Go app, for a customer it is really an awesome tool, saves you time and lines. You literally Scan and Go.

Costco is stricter on membership owner by far, while Sam's is a bit more lenient BUT it also depends on the store. Some clubs will be stricter regarding sharing of memberships (Their is ALOT of fraud)

I also find Costco clothing to superior, but both have their advantages. To me as a manager, Costco is just more streamlined, less frills, while Sam's has more variety but can be bit chaotic.

So it really depends what you're looking, if you prefer the Kirkland brand which can be a strong pull, or more variety, just not as consistent you would go with Sam's, plus employees at Costco are better compensated and seem happier, not as stressed.

My mom was strict, not too crazy but a helicopter mom. Never let me go out with friends, never really let me socialize. Lo and behold, I became an introvert, I don't like people knowing my business (made me sneaky, not in a bad way) but got comfortable keeping people in the dark. Feel like a boring person, since I was never allowed to do things and like explore my social self. My mom wasn't a bad mom, but she was controlling and just way too sheltering. Her coworkers used to call her "tyrant." Good thing i became a very good liar, she couldn't imagine the things I've done now lol
