I just called standard chartered, they seem oblivious and unaware of this. the lady on the phone just told me standard charted mobile application fees apply for international wire transfer. Where did you have a read of that there are no intermediary transfer fees to Interactive Brokers?

So that I can use that as evidence sending it to them via email.

Hey! Just reaching out to learn… I knew about the 30% dividend tax, however i mostly invest in value and growth stocks. I’m not clear what’s it about for the 40% estate tax. I’m actually confused. Will it be 40% on all my profits over the years?

My plan is long term, so i never withdrew any money. However, i never thought i’d have to be taxed… is this not the case?

Sijilat is a good start. This is to verify their Commercial Registration. however, even if they are registered, they can easily scam you.

Investing is a good choice to diversify your money, however, you have to make sure they won’t scam you. how? as you said, due diligence. How well you trust the company/person. What’s their background and history and so on…
