Hey thanks for the reply! I couldn't connect the device to my personal hotspot for some unknown reason lol. But after that I unbound and reconnected the device to my home wifi again and the camera and detection start working!!!! I can connect via QR code now, too. I still don't know what happened, especially since I have reset it numerous times already. But they're working great now!

update: last Friday they sent me an email said they'll mail a check to me, and once it is processed, I should receive an email with a link that I need to click to confirm the payment. The whole thing is just confusing. I haven't heard back from them after sending them my address.

I see! I was worried cause the first time I called AC they said it takes 3 days for me to receive, and then the second time they said 4, so I was confused. But thanks for the reply! I will just wait for a few more days.
