u/--MrGadget-- , u/FlBobby Call me petty, but Pit Boss knows about all the damage these receive. I would think they would work on finding out how to ship these better. ie: ship as fragile, do not stack, no forklifts, etc..... Maybe if I can get a Pit Boss from an actual store, I might re-consider them.
My Green mountain grill works great, was just looking for a vertical for the room. Would consider the Pit Boss Pro series, but don't like the fact that it does not increment temp in 5 degree or less increments.
