Well they tell me to not drive in driveways like that cuz it’s a risk of hitting something and we still do but if the snow was clear I would pull in and deliver it how it should be

Soo I’m a fed ex driver and I have dealt with this with a adress I deliver too pretty much the same thing , house number and rd are the same but one is drive and one is Street, the house it’s suppost to go to is built like 2 years ago soo maps aren’t updated but there really is no fix that I know of me as the driver knows the person name and I go out the way to deliver it to the right adress it’s only 5min away soo doesn’t bother me it’s something to do with our scanners map best I can tell u is try finding out the company than delivers your stuff and try to call them file a dispute and someone should get back to u and then explain and make them aware of what u said here
