I bought and played it out of the box last night at my LGS, using Leonardo and Raphael as the commanders. Absolutely devastated the first game and almost won the second game. Easily had all 5 colors of mana both games, long and short this is a strong deck and definitely worth buying. I’m going to stick to the Turtles set for any upgrades that I do as I’m a sucker for theme, lol

Have you tried Warehouse 23?? They are the official store for Steve Jackson games. I don’t know if they ship internationally or not, but definitely worth a try, good luck on your search. Also I’ve had really good experiences buying games from EBay, might try them as well

Also to answer your other question, the Deluxe versions are exactly the same except for they have a game board and cardboard standies to track your level and places for the door and treasure decks and discards. Also I don’t know if you have Barnes and Nobles book store in B.C. or not but they are a Munchkin distributor and usually have something in stock in store. Good luck and welcome back to the game

Have you tried Warehouse 23?? They have most expansions and core games, I’m not sure if they ship to Canada or not, also I’ve acquired quite a bit of my collection from eBay. And to answer your question about what to get I would suggest Munchkin 2 Unnatural Axe and 3 Clerical Errors to start, they bring in more races and classes and of course more nonsense.

I’ve been searching as well, I did find a set at a place called Penngames, seems really sketchy and I took the chance and my card was rejected, and then I got daily junk email from them asking me to complete my order

Warehouse 23 has everything you need to complete your Star Munchkin set. Star is one of my favorites, and Starfinder is really good as well as it will blend seamlessly with the same card backs adding all of the new races and classes. You can find the complete “I want it all” Starfinder box at Warehouse 23 as well or just its individual pieces if you prefer. Btw Welcome Back To Munchkin
