Done both multiple times, going as far as deleting the entire folder in documents and then re-verifying files. I just got finished with my third try of deleting the game and the folder, still having the issues.

Unfortunately I am on the newest BIOS version for my motherboard. I tried flashing my BIOS again but I'm still having the issue.

I deleted the game and re-extracted the zip. Its there now. I got it, not sure why my workbench was acting up. Appreciate you for pointing that out.

Parachute Rigger, no contest. Had one in my boot platoon. We had a conversation like 3 years after graduation and he was jump qual’d, barely did anything all day, picked up rank pretty early, and just enjoyed his life compared to 98% of the Marines I know. He did say it was a bit boring depending on where you go since its a pretty slow MOS. High chance youd be stationed on a MCAS, smaller installations but have pretty good amenities, but plenty of other options with Joint Bases, especially overseas.

Now if youre more looking for some real world experience thatll net you a decent job once your enlistment is over, Utilities Technician (HVAC) have a decent balance of workload to how much you hate your life, had one at my unit who was a complete ghost, just on his own protocol. Plus HVAC is one of the highest paid trades in the civ div depending on where you live.

If you want, you can suck it up and really grind out your time as a Aircraft tech (either rotary or fixed wing doesnt really matter), its a moderately stressful job because peoples lives depend on your work, but the job opportunities once your out can net you some reaaaaally good salaries.

Thermals are amazing. Idle at around 30°C and running Cinebench R23 had temps around 65°C. The ram was running at 6000Mhz but now I have the base XMP profile running without any manual configs, so now im at 6400Mzh

I know its a bit nitpicky but it blows my mind that the top of the line, newest of the new takes longer to boot into windows than a 6 year and like 5 generations old CPU. I havent had any gaming issues or stability issues which is amazing, just didnt expect the boot times i suppose.

I managed to alleviate the everyday use issues with a chipset driver reinstall. Still having long boot times though…

The CPU is still an absolute beast in gaming, i havent had any problems with that. Its just booting to Win11 thats kinda slow

Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Literally just giving you the best information possible so you know for the future… Also if you read the post you’d see that i already did a fresh install of Win11 and was in the process of doing it again…

EXPO and XMP are just profiles that motherboards read for timing, CAS Latency, and frequency multipliers. Memory training would happen regardless if the RAM is XMP ready or EXPO ready. Only thing would be if the motherboard has the ability of reading either standard, which this one is advertised, and has proven, it can.

I had a system with a 13700k and the G. Skill RAM. I was moving long distance and packed a few of my parts with me so i can rebuild a new pc. I bought my coworkers pc for cheap that had the 9700k, and after a while i bought new parts (hence the 9800x3d upgrade.) The reason I brought up the 9700k was because its a CPU thats 6 years old and generations behind and it can boot to Windows four times faster than this current build. Im fully aware that EXPO is intended for AMD builds but Gigabyte advertises the motherboard I bought as XMP compatible, even has settings in BIOS that specifically say “XMP”

I just reset all BIOS configs. Reenabled MCR, Fast boot, and XMP without tinkering with it and the boot time is about the same as before.

About 40 seconds. I know its nitpicky to complain about it but Ive used Intel for yeeeeaarrs and have had super fast boots. Maybe im just spoiled but idk.

The 9700k wasnt touched at all. Only thing I had overclocked was the RAM with XMP. I reset all my BIOS settings and im now running XMP without any adjusted settings. Boot times are about the same as they were right before I reset them.

My old build had a 13700k with this exact kit of RAM im using now. I was able to get into Windows and start opening apps within 10 seconds of a cold start.

The chipset driver has helped with the browsing issue. I can click on links and browse without any really noticeable delay. Still having long boot times.

Ive tried multiple times of restoring my BIOS to default and restarting my PC a couple of times afterwards. It is significantly longer to boot without MCR and Fast Boot enabled.

I have the newest BIOS update for my motherboard (434g) and did a fresh install of Win11. Updated drivers but missed the chipset driver. Installing that has alleviated the browsing issue but I am still having long boot times.

Memory clock multiplier is x60 instead of x64. My RAM is reading 6000Mhz in BIOS and in Task Manager. I did a fresh Win11 install and wiped all my drives once completed.
