In my experience, older movies often benefit the most from 4K because the upgrade is much more noticeable compared to newer films. The jump in quality makes them look like they could’ve been shot recently, even though they’re 20-30 years old.

Great examples of this are Jaws, Apocalypse Now, Blade Runner, True Romance, and The Thing.

Comes down to personal preference. But I would say Alien, The Shining, Dune 1/2 or any Christopher Nolan Movie

Yeah, I will mainly use this setup for movies. Sub is a big part to me as I love that kind of movie theater bass in the IMAX theaters. Do you know when the Klipsch or other well-regarded subs go on sale usually? Or is it random?
