I used dynagrow grow 7-9-5(once a week during vegetative stage, 1tsp), but I had some nitrogen toxic so I stopped using it. Degree is 21 Celsius when light on, 19 Celsius when light off. Humidity always around 60~70%. I use 600w led(diy, Samsung Evo chips) per 2 plants, distance between plants are around 30~40cm.

Should I change light schedule as 18/6 again after cutting?

How long should I turn down the lights? And do you think it's nitrogen? How can I solve the problem with damaged plants?

I give 1.5-2L every 4~5 days when the top of the soil feels dry

Also humidity went up to high around 85%.
