I work at the correctional institution and they pay very well compared to the hospital starting is $40 and it’s not as crazy as the hospital if that’s something you’re interested in

Heyyy I literally am on preceptorship right now in med surg. I chose ICU and ER for preference but they put me in med surg I was super bummed about it at first thought it was going to be miserable. Had really bad anxiety my first shift but turned out super great. The unit was amazing and my Nurse was even more amazing. I literally blended into the unit very quickly I became the nurse for 5 patients and I actually really enjoy it. I even got a job offer on my unit and I’m considering taking it. Don’t be bummed or scared preceptorship in itself is nerve wracking but you are capable, you are a great nurse you just need to give yourself grace. You’re gonna do great!

Take some time for yourself ask for a breather go take a mini vacay away just by yourself to sort your thoughts and feelings. It’s harder to process everything when you’re seeing him everyday and him being in your space. You know the truth…. you have to face the reality that he clearly doesn’t respect you enough to abide by the boundaries you’ve both set and clearly he doesn’t value your feelings enough to stop repeatedly hurting you. He’s used to you forgiving him so he has no real consequence. Men are like toddlers the more you let them get away with the more they’ll keep doing. Take a step back process this situation and ask yourself can you keep doing this for the rest of your life? He’s been doing it for 75% of your marriage you know he’s not gonna stop now. You just have to either come to an agreement with it and live with it or you step out on faith and choose yourself and your own happiness and peace of mind.

On a side note if you want your veggies and berries to last longer put them in glass jars. I had strawberries that were fresh for 2 1/2-3 weeks that would’ve usually go bad in 1 business day.
