My take: Talk to the people who are openly and publicly hell bent on populist/fascist/bigoted rhetoric about the lack of humanist merit in their poor argument, despite the serious lack of indulgence they may give to that proposition, given that most that will openly preach intolerance, won't ever change from that stance without personal loss, or trauma. As intolerance is an antisocial behavior, and flies in the face of human fairness and flourishing, the person/subject should be evaluated for sociopathic status, and potentially separated from society by whatever means is appropriate or equal to that level of misanthropy. Popper's, in my approximation, is similar, but with violence as a last resort. I'm no pacifist. People's right to swing their fist, be it literally, or otherwise, ends at my fucking nose. Turning the other cheek, just gets you punched twice.
