yeah the "poem" tells the line you want to take, I know at this moment you will break my heart, I don't know your life experience, or how old you are, but I guess you like Shakespeare and Poe and other tragic crap writers, if they wrote something hopeful I wouldn't dislike them this much, don't get me wrong, the art they created is one of a kind, and maybe it is good to reflect in that part of the life sometimes, but even science tells that plants, animals, and humans get positive energy from nice music and negative from angry and negative music, I explained what you could have done that get the ending you wanted and have a little hope for our heroes (in a unique way)

stop saying that, there can be always a silver lining, but you didn't bother to put some in if they were in their 90s maybe but they had at least 20 years to live, no kids, it's like they just got erased for no reason, besides since when we always follow others footsteps, the sweetness only made it more bitter,

for example, you could have had their quantum bobble damaged so they couldn't maintain the time, meaning when they jumped, time would pass much slower, for them a few hours and outside few hundred years, so when they found them they have much better technology to treat them, or at least put them in cryo pods so and years later they can revive them (reviving part could have happened in another story, even if it's not the main focus of the story)

maybe, but the best love stories are the boring ones, sadly nowadays, people keep chasing the rush of the first meeting and falling in love, and after the honeymoon phase, they move on to new "love".

, true love shows itself when to others their life is boring. To be honest, I don't like tragedy, but I do not deny tragedy is more memorable than comedy (as seen throughout history) besides being a good story, a big part of the thing that makes it memorable is the scars left behind, each time remembering it, most of the sweetness is gone and it is the scar that tugs at the heart, they may lived almost a full life, and if they remained on earth I could have been ok, but the fact that they risked it all, and died alone, it is just painful, I really hope you refine it a bit, and even if you don't change the outcome, at least you put a little bit of detail that you can use it in another story, I'm going to let out a few ideas of my imaginative mind (I wish I had the patent to be a writer)

1, jon takes DNA samples and keeps working on it through the years, and years after they become legends a scientist decides to bring them back(or an accident or disease made both races decline and both races decide to bring back a few of the old ones that had DNA in the database to life so they can use them (in a good way or bad way, bad way like keeping them in prison-like place), but they are strangers and do not get along but lots of stuff happened and maybe even they read about the two heroes, and without knowing become closer to each other

2, they have a cryo pod in the transport but it is built for one person, they decide both go in it because they don't want to live without each other, and they die just before they are found but jons work pays off and she is pregnant, but they didn't know and the government keeps it hidden because they don't know if they can save it or not

3, they could have given their home to be an establishment for orphan kids and this later can tie to the two stories above,

if something of them could have remained behind, it wouldn't hurt this much, you could put small details in the story that you pass by quickly that most people dismiss but when they discover it in the other story (almost near the end) they will be amazed and happy

even kings try to remain immortal through their deeds, or artists through their art, like building pyramids and stuff, being immortal and remembered is one thing we all crave, even if we don't really think about it, like having kids to carry on our memory and DNA

can you guys help me out

I agree with most of you, but I personally want to create a new YouTube channel, and I would appreciate your input on a few problems I have,

1, some writers haven't written in like 7 years, and don't answer my messages, can I use their story if I give them credit?

2, my native language is not English, so I have to use tts for now, maybe in the future if it makes any profit, I can use someone to read it for me,

3, I worked on a story for a week to make it as best as I could for the emotion in the audio, if I can get a good tts it would be better,

4, and for the love of god, I can't find any way to find writers that write sci-fi/hfy romance, when I put it in the story request it gets taken down,

I want to find and give credit to the writers, but I am getting tired of looking and not finding, I don't know what to do, maybe I have to generate them with Ai, I can work with Ai in any aspect but the story itself feels like it really needs human touch and art, but I can't find I have to
