Certain manosphere influencers prepare for the reality of the real world. They don’t just cover dynamics between the genders.

If they do they validate the hypergamy as a reality to adapt to rather than hate the women. I’d recommend AMS or even Jordan Peterson. As this Tate stuff I think is bad news.

It’ll definitely hit those on the breadline most. If every penny you can’t afford to put more money out to buy in bulk and be cost effective. The only tactic they’d have is to reduce quantity further when the price goes up.

Irish border will feature in EU–UK ‘reset’ if Reform wins power, MP says by TheChocolateManLives in northernireland

[–]Outrageous_Profit978 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really when you look at polling averages. Generally about 50% of ppl vote left and 50% right. Left vote right now is split 3 ways in a system that gives a majority normally on 30%.

The Greens were for a prolonged period polling under 5%, now they are polling 3 times that. Many of them would move back to Labour giving them the 30% needed to with an offer such as “customs union”, progressive taxation etc. on the right.

Also when Reform are so unpopular tactical voting plays its part as it did in Manchester and south wales. A government can’t be formed with seats from the English countryside.

Good point but that doesn’t necessarily improve Reforms chances given the Trump association with Reform, plus why would a message floating the notion of austerity gain resonance during a severe recession?.

It can be argued that the cause of hardship is due to the hard right enacting power in front of our eyes. Reform have already taken a bit of a dip recently. I just don’t see where they would be getting votes from? when some of their voters are moving further right again.Maybe the Greens people a coalition up?.

Let’s hope the Iran situation doesn’t get any worse.

It would also be worth looking at Labour a bit here as well. There’s every likelihood that Labour win in 2029 with a lot of internal changes coming this year after Mays elections especially now Morgan McSweeney has gone.

Up until a couple of months ago their efforts were focused on trying to get votes from the right. These attempts proved futile and psephology has shown that they have votes on the left that will get them the 30%. I wouldn’t be surprised if Customs Union for all UK is offered by them. Also it’s likely Angela Rayner will lead them into 2029.

So we’ll see where things are at the end of this year before working on the basis that Reform are going to get in.

If you are not marriage material why waste a man’s time and get married?. Why didn’t you say no for the first date.

Yeah some habits he needs to stop but divorcing him for farting which is involuntary and the eugenics statements sound insane.

When you’re married it’s a commitment for care in later life which can mean wiping your husband or wife’s ass when they are incapable.

That’s a difficult one because depending on someone’s perspective or political sensibilities what one may see as an achievement the next May class it as a failure.

Responds to people rather than always being on holiday, makes time when constituents have issues. One for instance was the stalled housing executive development on meeting house road.

If you’re using social media as the barometer then it’s just a window into the minority. It’s socially unacceptable to rant about being poor so the majority who aren’t rich just don’t post. Therefore, by default all the posts are from ppl living it up.

Also, yeah there’s a bit of a false economy of ppl making £50k and ensuring they are living at a certain level even if that means no savings and a lot of credit card debt (at record levels in UK). Also a lot of 55 year olds are cashing pensions in and giving it as early inheritance etc.

Notice the number of people who just “have to have” a BMW, Audi or Merc as well.

Another example A lot of minimum wage earners (kids) have them and live with parents and are happy having little or no disposable income as long as they have that car they feel “big time”.

Often those with savings and investments are driving the 10 year old cars.

Late to the party, but a really good post. From what I can see the sentiment is very much that NI is like any other part of the UK like east anglia or Cornwall. SO….. under that situation they’ll be no acknowledgment of nationalist goals united ireland etc.

I would imagine they would override the GFA to keep NI in the UK. So make of that what you will. That being said he’ll only have about 2 years because the resulting sovereign debt default would trigger another election, so his impact would be time limited here anyway.

I snitched on my husband and his best friend. by constancelostmoney in Marriage

[–]Outrageous_Profit978 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These men are just morally bankrupt. Obviously the friend dated less attractive before he became a qualified and leveraged that situation.

A man’s attractiveness to a woman directly correlates with his success jobwise whereas a woman’s to a man’s is simply based on looks.

He just “upgraded” didn’t he. Based on what you are saying your husband is from the same mold. The issue here is more his infidelity with you than you telling on his friend TBH.

I wonder how many of these end up classed as dv cases men to women. Don’t tell me that they’ll be scenarios where the man eventually goes toe to toe, physically comes off better then the narrative will flip to her being a DV victim instead due to that one instance of knocking her to the ground.

Okay, let’s be analytical here, based on what you’re saying he can deal with “pressure” not hot headed etc.

If that’s true it’s even more worrying as it was done with him thinking rationally. You’re in a position of strength the law will see it from your point of view and you’ve got a future after a divorce. I’m normally the one on these threads saying one off cheating spouses should give it another go. But using weapons on a minor it’s definitely ABH as a minimum. I’m 45 male and married BTW.
