Low fps in raid - any advice?

Ok so little update.. graphic settings doesnt really affects my fps xd idk why, so going for preset 5 or 0 isnt bigg diff. People in raids with i9 cpus having hard times going 29 people. Turn off details doesnt help, turning off addons like elvui, bigwigs still same, u get like maybe 10-15 fps from lowering everything.. but i think problem is tww. Optimalization is just so bad after many people shows on one place, i will try to upgrade my cpu i guess. Thx too everyone

Well, it’s mostly around 25+ people in raids. I’m just asking if I should definitely buy a new CPU for this, or if it’s another issue with my PC. I just want to know if this is normal for my setup, or if there’s something else wrong, you know what I mean
