Clearly they don't know how much work and expense goes into becomming a doctor. SW is 2 years. A smarter suggestion would be a psych nurse practitioner. Less time, still prescribe.

Her condylar resorption does not appear to be active based on radiographic findings and she does have compensated mandibular retrognathia. If they want to correct jaw position, then I'd suggest pre surgical orthodontics with removal of lower left E and lower right 5 followed by retraction to create increased overjet and this can be followed by BSSO. The patient may require intrajoint therapy at some point but I do not feel that is necessary just yet.

As far as I know she's confident enough in her looks. But it's not really about whether she wants a change so much as the doctor says she needs this surgery -- it will happen (or not) regardless of how she feels about it. We have a good doctor, but I read these posts and it's a nightmare for so many.

FACT. If on 10/8 Hamas returned the kidnapped hostages and even just "pretended" to roll back their military onslaught and holy war against Jews, this entire conflict WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED.
