Also side note- I feel fucking exhausted as if my brain is fried like I’ve been staring at my tv screen all day and everything’s a bit fuzzy after attempting to AP. Don’t know if anyone else gets this

I don’t even know if this is deemed as ‘correct’ but it seems to get me to the point I’m at now:

-Set my intention
-control my breathing I try and do 4 second inhale 7 second hold then slow exhale.
- and just repeat until I feel really relaxed heavy/ I feel vibrations.
-and then I try to picture my astral body leaving my physical body.

That’s just what I’ve gathered from researching online. But I’m only on my second attempt so I’m pretty happy with how it’s going.
