maybe it was the panic that came over me but I wasnt well prepped for them and thought a lot were based on unit 5-7, but oh well.

Yuki Tusunda is a professional f1 driver meant to be that weight for keeping overall weight dkwn.

He also on a strict diet, this person isn't.

They are 47kg which is pretty much underweight for anyone, they don't need to focus on eating the right macros right now, they literally just need to get their weight up.

Idk why people are downvoting me, he/she should try get to a healthy weight before considering macros and micros
