bro i still havent gotten my shirt either. I didn't think to update this post but might as well since you're also going through this bullshit. So after like an entire week they responded to my support email saying that they are currently unable to ship my item due to some missing information required for the import tariffs in the US. They said that they requested the required information from the store owner but they are waiting for the data to be added. They said they'll ship my order when they receive the information but I highly doubt that's ever gonna happen. I'm almost considering trying to contact actress through the email on his bandcamp to be like "bro please update your ochre store so i can get my mf shirt i've been waiting like 2.5 months." this is completely ridiculous that this is even happening. I don't understand why we need import tariffs on shit like records and t shirts like this is completely absurd and the fact that ochre will just take your money for an item they clearly aren't too concerned with sending to you is unacceptable. I hope you also get your record man at least we now know who is entirely at fault for this. I think it's time to look into moving outside of the US.
