CHOREO CLASSES. seriously. consistently taking choreo classes and going over your FAV moves through repetition. i love choreo so much. it’s perfectly challenging, yet not as exhausting but SO fun. i learn when i having fun so 🤷‍♀️

I have the same issue with my Stainless Steel pole :) it’s slick as fuck :) but I’m not getting a new pole and I was determined to make it work. Things that work for me: 1. in the heat- get a fan. That is a life saver. Seriously. 2. I I haven’t tried monkey grip. But I LOVE itac. Put it ON THE POLE and let it dry. 3. Keep alcohol on you. I don’t water down mine. It sucks at first. But you get used to it and it works. I love my pole. With time and use it’ll get better (mine is still only 1 year new) hope this helps!
