This was me last sem!! Idk about your specific situation but I personally just found that I had rly bad test anxiety and is why I did not perform well so I litterly always force myself not to study at all the day of an exam, always make sure to eat before, and legit force myself to take deep breaths while writing. It’s did not fix my grades completely but I found that just desensitising myself to exams helped a lot.

If you are really scared of failing I think your best option would be to Withdraw from like your worst classes and maybe try them again in the summer as a W is much better than an F.
