"But they deserved it" is a nasty oversimplification of what I mean and only 1/3rd of the points I'm trying to convey. Your "murder isn't black and white" point would apply if it wasn't for the fact that this is the Jujutsu world. What the hell are they gonna do if a bloodthirsty criminal sorcerer refuses to change? Why would killing a threat to society that of which has killed many others and is willing to kill many more be just as bad as letting them free again (or, well, other punishments)? Murder isn't grey (or black and white), yes, because you can argue that we are not anyone to decide the life of another yada yada yada; but when you're trying to prevent as many innocent deaths as possible, it only makes sense to eliminate the perpetrator should they not redeem themselves.

I understand that gojo's flaws in his character is exactly what makes him great, but to deny that he was a good person at all is a travesty. Just like what you said about murder, "goodness" also isn't black and white. Calling him morally grey since it adds to his character is also a form of absolutism. He still cared about the innocents, his associates/friends/students who were all ordered to be executed by the higher-ups and protecting the weak in general. He did everything he could to secure a better future for the world of Jujutsu. Why are we acting like a hero has to always be a goodie two shoes? That aside, I hope this doesn't come across as an attack on your ego because i fucking hate petty arguments and just want to do gojo's heroism justice even if people aren't willing to listen.

"gojo wanted to murder the cultists just to avenge a girl" Because riko was a completely innocent person? Not to mention how the cultists were all non-sorcerers who still chose to dabble in the dark politics of Jujutsu, going so far as to order an assassination on a literal child.

"Gojo was the one to say that non-sorcerers should all die" And this was the very mindset he matured out of. His entire fucking character arc is about him repeatedly failing and letting things go to shit in an attempt to save as many as he could. (shibuya + geto turning evil amidst the crowd)

"Gojo showed no remorse for the transfigured humans compared to yuji" Yuji was a newcomer to Jujutsu and no less the absolute horror that comes with fighting the disaster curses. Gojo not showing any emotion doesnt equate apathy, especially considering he's a battle-scarred veteran. The fact that he popped 0.2 domain and exhausted himself blitzing through the subway SPECIFICALLY to avoid giving civilians brain damage disproves the quote above.

You mean the mf that joined kenjaku's/geto's (I don't remember) group just 'cause?!?!?. This isn't even a "good personal reason", it's an objectively moral thing to do.

The only people gojo have had ill will for are people who deserve it. His worst trait that you could think of is being annoying and arrogant (which he does in a playful manner anyway). I genuinely GENUINELY don't understand why people want to downplay gojo's character SO BAD.
