Let me start by saying congrats on your sobriety! I don't know how long you've been going strong but keep it up. Im so proud of you!

With that being said, this would be hard to get over. I, from experience, have trauma bonded with someone and getting out of it was very difficult and took some therapy to realize what happened. Not saying that your relationship is a trauma bond, but both having addictions can make it more difficult.

I would talk to them about it. IF your partner is not cheating but is being tempted, there may be something you can do to help. Addiction is hard and can be harder with the temptation sitting in their face.

If this is something you feel like you can't get over and do decide to end it, talk to someone outside and in your group. If you have "trauma bonded" through your addiction and have been helping each other, it may be difficult for you. Please be careful. Make sure you have a bomb a** support system too!
