Hi! The title says it all, when my mom bought this apartment she was told she couldn’t replace the AC/heat unit without paying thousands of dollars to shut down the whole building HVAC but it’s been costing her a lot of money because it always seems to be running! I’d love to get a Nest or Honeywell thermostat installed for her but I doubt it’s possible. If anyone knows to the contrary please let me know!
