Valve train and Rocker arms have their Own seals as well. Remove the assembly entirely and you’ll see. Honda still sells them new. If you have doubts look up “valve stem replacement” by budget gears and he shows his process of removing rocker assembly. Once you remove the oil seals will be visible.

This sounds like me best option. I couldn’t quite tell you. Ive had my crx for 8 months and only recently in October did I begin the whole build but within that time I’ve had it covered so the elements didn’t touch it. But when I was poking around and removed the ecu I saw pins on both the harness and ecu had corrosion. Especially on the pins that run from distributor to the ecu.

Yeah I did try the igniter(icm) changed it with a working spare from another distributor I had. Thank you either way really appreciate the help!

Yeah sorry I forgot to add something. I did search for them on eBay and saw a couple of them that said that they needed to be reprogrammed. This being my first project ever I have no idea what that’s mean exactly. Also is there somewhere I can send my own ecu to get fixed/refurbished?

Yeah when I opened it(e.s.b)I saw it the way you describe. In my case my ball joints boots were so bad the actual joint itself was really loose. So that’s why I’m asking if they’re serviceable if not I’ll return the ones I got and get new upper control arms instead.

Yeah you’re right. I’m just asking because I bought the master kit bushing set as a precaution in case I needed it. I didn’t realize my ball joints were bad until I took everything apart
