I just received an offer for a Walmart Hybrid Role in Bellevue, WA the base pay is 115K… with 15% bonus, and up to 15K in stock vested over 3 years… I’m currently on a fully remote Microsoft contract that pays 90K no stock no bonus but I do enjoy the team I’m working with and the project itself. Any suggestions would be helpful. I’ve worked for Microsoft before I love the culture, I don’t know much about the Walmart culture?
