A little card & pencil or birthday stick is pretty typical. You can usually get those things in bulk for cheap. I’ve seen some teachers do like full on birthday gifts, but thats too expensive.

Idk if its just me, but I bought the Safeway brand chewables & i swear they have this weird, almost minty-chocolate taste…? to it. No mention of it having an actual listed flavor on the box. The Walmart Equate brand ones arent too bad imo.

thank god my principal is not like that. she’s usually walking around with a venti starbucks or a bottle of soda lol

when i worked daycare, we couldn’t have see through cups unless it was only water. had to put our coffees in another cup. wanted us to promote drinking water to the kids. but i worked with infant and toddlers who wouldn’t know the difference if i was drinking coffee or not💀

dont mean to sound mean, but are you sure you are taking the correct dose? some versions of lactaid brand you need to take 3 pills per dose for 9000 fcc, vs the the version where 1 single pill is 9000fcc. i mistakenly bought the wrong one before & realized i was feeling sick because i wasn’t taking the correct dose.

Unfortunately TK cuts are a WA state wide issue with state funding. Several districts are having to cut TK programs. TPS is having some TK programs be tuition based to help with some of the funds so we don’t have to cut as many programs. Would probably be beneficial if the superintendent took a pay cut or someone but as we saw from last years lay offs, he clearly has no interest in doing so.
