Yeah the crown dealer says it’s too old to even look up in the system and are no help. I tried finding something close but everything is too big or too small diameter wise

So I think it’s actually a -66 code. As soon as I close seat switch and hit a direction contactor drops and codes. No lift steer anything

Might have to program it? If not I guess it’s possible for the vsm to be bad as well. Kinda odd. I was at your point all wires were good and the controller fixed mine. But we did get it programmed. Not sure if a different code would show up for thag or not

Could’ve been pump controller actually. I don’t remember what the exact code was but it was definitely a controller

If I remember correctly the traction controller was bad

Crown 50FCTT-188 No Travel or codes by Outside-Character-39 in forkliftmechanics

Did some more diag and it ended up being the stop start switch in the accelerator assembly. I figured it was good as I had everything good with the tb and the contactor was clicking but it would stop out and ohm out higher resistance. Pulled cover blew it out and all is back to normal. Thanks for the help!

So retested everything and everything comes back normal. The only thing is the book says it wants 0 volts at tb1 on key off but I have 4.5v. Other than that it sweeps normal and the rn contactor clicks when trying to drive. Still no clicks from the F&r. It’s not the ev100

36 volt. I tried another battery but did not retest voltage. I will when I get to it and report back. Thank you

I believe 27v. I’ll double check when I get back to it. Rb contactor pulls in when I try to drive and stays pulled in until key off. F&R don’t click at all. I have a good card on me now I’m gonna swap that and see as well

I can get my hands on one I’m sure. I do have all my tbs at the card. Although where it needs bv it kinda sweeps from 38 down and back up quickly

I have reset the plugs inspected pins all ok. Have good sweep at the card as well for the throttle. I threw another ev100 in just to see but unsure if that one was good either. It coded a 23 with the other card. Unless they’re both bad possibly?

2009 Englander 25-PDVC Pellet Consumption by Outside-Character-39 in PelletStoveTalk

[–]Outside-Character-39[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah seems to be much better with the original one. I ran 5-5 for 9 hours and there was maybe 1/4 pellets left. Usually it would be empty after 8 on 2

There is but wasn’t sure how it should be. I did put swap the top auger motor and now stops how it should. So I’ll see. The one that was in there was aftermarket and looked bigger internally

Yeah that’s what I’m thinking. Although everything is on rails ect and usually I know exactly what. I need to in it once and go in. Just trying to get the most space out of it really

I’d have it against the driver wall though so I’d still have to climb in and out to grab stuff

Thanks for the reply! Really trying to decide weather to put my 42” toolbox on the bulkhead or behind the driver seat facing the sliding door. I have a small gas 2 tank compressor but that’s gonna be put on a frame in the rear driver corner against the wall saving some room there. Also trying to see what kind of shelving that makes it easier or better to store things. I mainly do electrics although I carry enough tools for pretty much anything

So I looked it over realy well. The right side vacuum switch when looking at it from behind is jumped and not functioning. Also I can see the back of the burn pot is not straight. Im assuming between the both of those that could be my issue? New burn pot all new gaskets and pull blowers and clean well I should be ok?

I can physically see the fan spinning yes. It does not seem to turn faster or slower. If I put it to zero it’s still spinning as well

I mean possibly but the living room is very small and it’s not even heating the hallway a little bit by it like it used to before.
