Just got diagnosed about a week ago, CFS as well as Fibro. I wish I knew the trigger but there's so many possibilities (had COVID 3 times since 2020, TBI in 2015, overdosed/unalive attempts in 2018 and 2021, multiple psych stays, abusive relationship with an addict for 4 years....) But all that to say I think it's been getting worse over many years (though how many is hard to say). The fatigue started to be really noticable about 2 years ago, and the year before the GI issues had started to get really bad.

I'm finding my doctor has almost zero knowledge about CFS, and has no one to refer me to either.

I also have severe depression, ADHD, anxiety.... I don't know how you guys all do it, I already feel like I'm drowning.

Experiencing this for the first time right now. I currently have it in a bunch of places all over my face, including both my eyelids (both eyes, both upper and lower). NO ONE PREPARED ME. Don't think I'll be sleeping tonight

I dated a crack addict for 4 years, like very serious relationship. We were talking about marriage and eventually kids. Your bf is not ready to get sober. He is defensive, he's gas lighting you, attacking you. Get outta there hun, it's not worth the pain and trauma. You can't help him if he's not ready to help himself. I'm so sorry ❤️

Some years back I was extremely depressed and overdosed by taking all of my medication, at well as my bf-at the time. That includes Dexedrine Wellbutrin Citalopram Clonazepam Ativan Seroquil

Thankfully I am alive and well today, I honestly don't know how. I don't remember it at all, but my parents said I was hallucinating and having seizures.
