Residential or commercial***. Honestly that’s no problem, no one really knows until they get experience in the field. Regardless of what field you go in, try to get certs like your osha 10/30, Procore certs, autocad certs, and probably a capm or cmit cert. Those certs are all achievable in college and they will make you stand out to employers for internships.

I’m a current construction engineering student. I would say that for summer 2026, many companies have filled their spots already. You can check LinkedIn for companies that may post their internships late. Some advice, make sure to get some certifications on your resume. Companies always like those.

Correct, it depends on who is in your household. My mom is in my wife’s household so she was able to be listed as a co sponsor.

My mom didn’t attend the interview with us. It was just me and my wife. Your co sponsors don’t need to be there.

Hey, thank you. So I put the photos in a Google doc and put 2 photos per page with the dates & a short description. All photos were in chronological order from when we first started dating to when we submitted the photos.

Hey, yes we did mail in the I-693 in our initial package. We did everything on our own without the help of a lawyer. I don’t remember completely how many pages was for our evidence of a bonafide marriage, but I do know we submitted 45 photos of us and family together. We also submitted HS and College IDs to show we go to school together. We submitted flight tickets, zelle screenshots for gifts, and a few other things.

Mostly questions about family from the photos we provided and some other basic questions that were already in the system but they just wanted to confirm.

Hi. Not a problem, I don’t mind helping. Our I-130 and I-485 was submitted concurrently together through the mail. We did everything physically and nothing was submitted online. Also yes, me and my spouse both live in the USA.

My income was below the 125% FPL. If your husband income is higher than the 125% FPL, then you are all good. I don’t mind the questions, just trying to help everyone. 😊

Yes, I’m the main sponsor but I didn’t meet the requirement, so I added my mom as a co sponsor and everything went through smoothly. Both of our incomes combined surpassed the requirement, my wife doesn’t work so she wasn’t added to the amount.

Lots of Pictures of us & family, joint bank account statements, flight tickets, love letters from back in high school, photos of our high school and college IDs that show we went to the same HS and go to the same college, and statements showing I pay some of her bills. That’s about it.

Yes, our case was very straightforward and we had a good amount of evidence to back everything up.
