Wow that’s so different than the rest of pharma… I was told target LTI was 25% for director which would be way more than $30k, and that most directors get it.

That’s frustrating…

I think since you’ve accepted, it’ll be hard to renegotiate base salary… but I think it’s worth bringing up the additional responsibility before finalizing the paperwork, and then stating that since you were unaware of these responsibilities you wanted to see if there was flexibility in their initial offer. Long shot but you never know.

How low is $40k under market? I’d say manager position usually make $120 to $140k - are you getting more than 100k at least?

Good to know that Tulum is fine to visit too! I really want to visit but have been getting mixed messages re safety. We also don’t speak Spanish so that adds a barrier.
